hey just dropping by to say hello I'm in pheonix right now and at this really nice hotel. They have computers and whatnot in the lobby. how have you been?

try having fun shooting outdoors. have a hottie wear summer dress. you as a waiter or as a chef that she admires. distance is great, but not too much, else she will dissolve in the background and no longer part of the story. you never know what will happen in model photography it can be out of plan, or coincidence, sometimes, great fluke happens

got an idea, since its for YOUR college application. turn yourself as the model, doing what youre good at, cooking. perhaps preparing a dish under high heat bursting flame, at the same time, get a female model to provide a contrast to your picture and additional + points

but without a theme its difficult to provide tips. advise me on the theme first, boy

i like to shoot people or models
its usually more catchy. and gives out millions of stories.
a landscape or nature shoot will go "ok cool technique, but hoooaaammm... boring" , especially in competitions, unless you are patient enough to capture a fly attempting to further their family table.

theres reason why hot women is always on most advertisements, theyre eye candy.

also, i tasted this bologna-spaghetti once. it tastes perfect. culdnt make it myself
heres what i tried:
- smoothly diced tomatoes
- blended tomatoes with salt, basil parsley, garlic oregano to create paste
- minced beef (from mixtures of rump and tenderloin)
- beef ribs and knuckle bones (to create stock)
- red wine, liquid whipped cream (substituting milk)
- seasonings + palm sugar (brown)
- parsley, onions, garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, carrots
- extra virgin olive oil
- olive butter

but it didnt taste as good its missing something.

oh forgot to mentioned that the salmon is still freshly air-flown. not marinated or went thru osmosis yet.

btw, whats the best way to make a gravard lax? i know its a food from my hometown, but im sure every 5 star chef knows how to prepare this perfectly
